Big Up’s to PhuketTopTeam’s Rob Hill on his AFC – Australian Fighting Championships LW Semi-Final win.
Rob put in another great camp at Phuket Top Team MMA training camp in Thailand & the results showed. Controlling the stand up with heavy kicks, hitting takedowns & defending takedowns.
