Chok dee hombre!
The only American fighter in history with more nicknames than Apollo Creed, Andrew Leone jetted off for Korea in hopes of Bantamweight glory in the Asia Grand Prix tournament, before preparing to make his One FC debut at flyweight in Manila.
Well… the tournament is tonight!
A heated rematch between “bitter rivals” (which gave name to the show) Leone and Kyung Ho Kang is expected in the final of the tournament. The American outpointed Kang in his penultimate fight, but it was subsequent to a previously instituted points penalty imposed on the Korean due to his failure to make the designated weight for the fight (135lbs).
