Phuket fighter Lucky to fight for title in Malaysia

Kru Lucky, whom you may remember from the 8 Limbs: Life of a Nak Muay documentary, is fighting for a championship title in Malaysia at 62kg.

The Bangkok National Stadiums veteran fighter, with wins in both the Rajadamnern and Lumpinee Stadiums, just made a triumphant return to the sport after the horrific arm-break that stopped his career in Bangkok and forced his year-long exile from the ring. He will fight for the F-3 title at 62kg.

Coaching alongside Lucky at Phuket Top Team are fellow former national stadiums fighters, including former Rajadamnern champion Choek, world class wrestling with 10-1 Asian MMA standout Andrew Leone, world class boxing instruction, and the best BJJ in Thailand under 3rd degree black belt Olavo Abreu, with black belt and undefeated MMA fighter Rodrigo Praxedes.

MMA in Thailand has never been better. Viva la revolution!
